Shipping Policy

Shipping and billing address must be the same for order to process.

All packages require signature confirmation. Carrier will take 3-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

We are not liable for order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure to enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. 

A shipping confirmation will be sent as soon as your order has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by carrier, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. In the event that there are any issues with delays or delivery please contact the carrier customer service.
